The training area consists of 100m2 of mat space with best in class padded flooring and walls to ensure your training experience is as comfortable as possible.
We have a community seating space, air-conditioning, kitchen area, two independent change rooms, Wi-Fi, and onsite and street parking available.

Taijutsu, in my humble opinion is a cut above the rest, an epic crew lead by the most well rounded martial artist, Hayden, I've had the pleasure of training with. Over the 15+ years I've spent as a martial artist student, from Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Mauy Thai and everything in between, I can safely say that a Taijutsu green belt is not something to be taken lightly.
I absolutely love training with everyone at Taijutsu Brisbane. Not only have I built my physical strength but also my mental strength. At Taijutsu we practice a wide variety of techniques; in a modern sense this is termed "Mixed Martial Arts" or MMA; this ensures you're training the full perspective of capabilities, practiced in a safe and controlled way.
Partnering with friendly and supportive team-mates; you will learn kickboxing, throws and takedowns, locks and chokes, escapes and ground techniques from our specialist teachers.
We train in a uniform and also without; this helps you to learn various control points on your opponent so you can be adaptable in various situations.
Classes are typically 1-hour, are beginner friendly and finish with optional light sparring to evolve your skills.
