Yes our classes cater for beginners, the very fit and the soon to be fit. All exercises in the class are timed, so you do what you can.
As you go to more classes your fitness level will improve and you will find yourself doing more in the time given. If you want to be pushed let the instructor know and they will get you going!

I want to improve my technique, do instructors work closely with us to ensure we are kicking and punching correctly?

If you are wanting additional and continued input into improving your technique, please just let the instructor know and they will work closely with you to make improvements as they go around.

We also provide private lessons outside class times if you wish to have specialist attention and improve further, just mention your interest to your instructor for more info.

I missed a class, can I have a refund on my membership?

Our simpified membership arrangements allow for our students to make payments via a weekly direct debit instead of a large upfront cost for an entire term or year like other martial arts schools do and this makes it much easier on families to manage their finances. As part of this amortised arrangement, the membership payments are ongoing; just like a gym membership, if a service is missed there is still a charge associated; this is 100% normal for gyms/martial arts/dance studios/yoga/Netflix or any other membership or subscription based organisations. You are more than welcome to pause your membership for two weeks or more for holiday breaks, we simply require a text or email with the date you are away and date you return. Please send this through 7-days prior so our staff have time to update our payment systems.

Are you open over holiday periods?

Classes operate all year round, including school holidays; we do however close for approximately 2-weeks over Xmas.

If a class falls on a public holiday, we will be closed for that day.

Are you open during COVID lockdown?

We will follow government instruction during this time and will do our best to continue classes wherever possible. We very much appreciate your support during these times and understand that some classes will be missed that are outside of our control. It's recommended that students continue to train via our video content via our social media channels, YouTube, and live Zoom training sessions.
